Maik Video Service Public Offer

This document is a public offer (the "Offer") and defines the terms of use of the Maik Video service (the "Service").

1. Subject of the Offer

1.1. The Service provides users with access to AI-powered tools for generating and processing content, including but not limited to assembling video from images and audio and generating subtitles and supporting materials.

2. Acceptance

2.1. Acceptance of this Offer is completed when the user registers in the Service or starts using its functionality.

2.2. From the moment of acceptance, a service agreement is deemed concluded between the user and the owner of the Service under the terms of this Offer.

3. Pricing and payment

3.1. The Service is provided according to the pricing plans published in the Maik Video interface.

3.2. The Service owner may change prices and plan contents by publishing updated information in the Service interface.

4. Liability

4.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Service owner does not guarantee that AI models and generated content will be error-free in all cases.

4.2. The user is solely responsible for the legality of the source materials (images, audio, text, etc.) and the way the resulting content is used.

5. Personal data

5.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and any privacy policy published in the Service interface (if available).

6. Changes to the Offer

6.1. The Service owner may amend this Offer at any time by publishing a new version on the Maik Video website. The new version becomes effective upon publication unless otherwise stated in the Offer.

7. Details

7.1. Specific legal details of the service provider may be specified in the dashboard, on the website or in a separate agreement with the user.
